I have added Izyan as 2nd Raid Commander, he has offered  to help us get some raids going, and seems to play a bit later than Birckan. I would like to find a third raid officer, perhaps a bit higher level, mid 40s to 50s, and perhaps one more in the mid teens to high 20s for the lower level members. </div> <div> Also it was suggested that we lower the minimum requirement for some classes such as Clerics, I will post this issue to some other officers, but I think to get clerics into the guild, a minimum level of 20 would be good. If you need these items and cannot afford them the guild will provide them to you, however any contribution is better than nothing =)</div> <div> Currently I have loaned 1200pp to guild members in the past few weeks, that does not include aprox. 2k in items and pp I have given away. since the start of Raven Moon.  We need to begin a guild fund for those times when a member is in need, example is having an account hacked.
